Halloween

It’s Halloween!!!!!! On Wednesday October 31^st we will be celebrating Halloween throughout the day. Our morning will start off with a spooky circle and fun games. We’ll be dancing and singing the morning away with our ghouls and gobblins, until it’s time to go trick a treating through our plaza. If you’d like to send your children in a costume that would be great, but if you forget we have a few here the kids can use. (Some parents have asked if they can participate by sending in a special treat, if you would like to bring a treat please feel free, it must be nut-free)

Let's not forget that this Saturday October 20th is movie night! 
Please sign up if you haven't!  
Cost is 20$ and bring a friend for an extra $10.  It includes dinner (pizza of course) and face painting and making cupcakes and then watching a movie.  
Parents make sure to bring their stuffed animals and also pj's!

Miller's Farm

Our Thankful Lunch

On Oct 5th, the toddlers and the preschoolers got together to have our thankful lunch!  It was great seeing the children sit together and have a great time. 

All the children were waiting anxiously for their meals!

Lunch is now served, turkey potatoes and veggies were on the menu!

 Paolo and Nicco were pretty full after this feast!

We're going to the Pumpkin Patch......

Just a quick note……

Thanksgiving and Halloween are just around the corner so we will be going to Miller’s Farm and Market located at 6158 Rideau Valley Drive on October 17^th, 2012.  The bus will be here to pick up at 9 am sharp.  The cost for this is $15 a child. 

Permission forms will be going home today.   Please sign and pay as soon as possible.  

The trip is for both the Toddlers and Preschoolers. 

We are looking for volunteers, so let us know!

Toddler parents please  note that if your child is not

2.5 years old  they will not be allowed to go on the

bus without you as there is no safety  equipment on

 the bus.  You can meet us at Miller’s for 9:30 am.

What’s included ……….a wagon ride to the pumpkin patch were your child can select 1 pumpkin and 1 gourd, story time, an apple snack and magic pumpkin…
